Kari Garden is a garden and farm management app run by Karismah Studios in Nigeria. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We follow the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.

What we collect

Why we use it

To run the app: show your garden, create tasks and advice, send reminders you asked for, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Where it is stored

Data is stored with our service providers Supabase (database and photo storage, hosted in Frankfurt, Germany) and Vercel (app hosting). Your photos are private and only visible to you and people you share a garden with.

If you buy Pro or Max, Paystack processes the payment. We never see or store your full card number; we keep only what we need to run your plan: the plan, amounts, dates, the Paystack payment reference and, for card payments, a token that lets Paystack renew your plan.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your garden data and photos are deleted.

Your rights

You can see and edit your data in the app, delete individual entries, and delete your whole account at any time from More, then Delete my account. You can also ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission.

Contact

For any privacy question, email contact@karigardens.ng or use the Send feedback form under More in the app.
