By creating an account on Kari Garden, run by Karismah Studios, you agree to these terms.

The service

Kari Garden is new and still growing. Features may change, and there may be bugs or downtime. The Free plan costs nothing. Pro and Max are paid plans.

Paid plans, renewals and refunds

Pro and Max are billed monthly or yearly in naira through Paystack. Yearly plans cost 15% less than paying monthly for twelve months. Prices are shown in the app before you pay.

If you pay by card, your plan renews automatically at the end of each period and your card is charged the price shown in the app. If you pay by bank transfer or USSD, nothing renews automatically; you pay again when you want to continue.

You can cancel at any time from More, then Plans. If you cancel within the first 10% of a billing period (for example, the first 3 days of a monthly plan or the first 36 days of a yearly plan), we refund your most recent payment in full and the plan ends straight away. After that, payments are not refundable, but your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

Upgrades start straight away, and the unused part of your current plan is taken off the price. Moving to a smaller plan or to monthly billing takes effect at your next renewal. If a plan ends, your gardens, crops and records stay; features and limits return to those of the Free plan.

Advice is general guidance

Growth timelines, watering, feeding and other suggestions are general estimates for typical conditions. They are not professional agronomic advice and may not suit your crops, soil or weather. Always follow product labels for fertilizers and chemicals, and use your own judgement. We are not responsible for crop losses or damage resulting from following suggestions in the app.

Your account and content

Keep your password safe. You own the notes, photos and records you add, and you give us permission to store and process them only to run the app for you. Do not upload anything illegal or that you do not have the right to share.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from More in the app. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the change is significant, we will tell you in the app.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
